So I did 11 miles today! I am worn out but feeling better than when I did 9.45. I ate healthy the day before and resisted the pizza that everyone else was eating! I think that made the difference plus I have been pushing the strength training.
Today was great! I jogged 7.25 of my 11. Did you hear that? 7.25!!! I have never did that much in my entire life! The neat thing is while listening to worship music and praising the Lord my legs began to feel lighter. I know that sounds weird but it is true. I believe He got me through today! Yes, training, commitment and dedication have a part in this but first came the healing!
While I am training, I listen to music that helps me focus on Him and praying for those enslaved. Focus is so important! Thank you Lord!
I am going to go and watch the World Cup now. I have our flags hanging up to celebrate but please remember to pray for those that have been trafficked into South Africa!
